1 bunch fresh spinach, washed well
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onion rings
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and drained well

Tear spinach into bite sized pieces and toss with other ingredients in salad bowl.

DRESSING:

1/2 c mayonnaise
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix dressing ingredient and allow to stand 1 hour. Pour dressing over tossed salad ingredients and toss again.
