1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/8 tsp. garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. MSG, optional
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. parsley

Combine above ingredients in jar and shake well. Toss with spinach; bacon (4 to 5 strips, crumbled); 1/2 to 1/4 lb. mushrooms.
