2 c. sugar
2 c. minus 4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 sm. jars plum baby food
1/2 oz. red food coloring

Combine dry ingredients, to mix the spices with the flour. Mix the oil, eggs and baby food together in a separate bowl, then add the dry ingredients. Stir, but do not beat. Add food coloring and pour into a bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from pan after cooling and sprinkle powdered sugar on top to add to its beauty.
