2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tbsp. cloves
1 c. salad oil
3 eggs
2 (4 2/3 oz.) jars Gerber Strained Plums with Tapioca
1 tbsp. red food coloring
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all at one time with beater until all are blended. Pour into greased Bundt or 2 bread pans. Bake at 300 degrees until cake pulls away from pan. Remove cake from pan while still hot. Frost while hot.

FROSTING:

2 c. confectioners sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine (will be thick). Let cool before serving.
