PUMPKIN NUTS | |
1 (4 oz.) can Diamond walnuts halves 1 (6 oz.) can Diamond unblanched whole almonds 1 (8 oz.) jar dry roasted peanuts 1 egg white 3/4 c. sugar 1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice 3/4 tsp. salt Mix egg white with 1 teaspoon water by hand in large bowl; coat nuts. Pour sugar, spice and salt over nuts and mix well. Spread on buttered cookie sheet. Bake in 300 degree oven 20-25 minutes. Cool about 5-10 minutes, then lay on wax paper. Break into desired pieces. |
