RED VELVET CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. sugar

Sift together.

1 1/2 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 1/2 oz. red food coloring

Bake 325 degrees for 30 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 lg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
