RED VELVET CAKE ICING 
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cold water
1 c. sugar

Pour 1 cup cold water into saucepan; add cornstarch and stir. Bring to boil until mixture thickens. Let cool. Mix butter, sugar, and vanilla together. Add cornstarch mixture and mix, then spread on cooled cake.
