FROZEN LEMON DESSERT 
1 pkg. vanilla wafers, crushed
1/3 c. butter, melted
8 egg yolks, beaten lightly
2 cans Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 lg. can frozen lemon concentrate
1/2 pt. cream, whipped
8 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar

In a 9 x 13 inch pan combine 1 package vanilla wafers, crushed, 1/3 cup melted butter; press into pan. Don't bake.

Combine 2 cans sweetened condensed milk, frozen lemon concentrate, fold into this: 1/2 pint cream, whipped and beaten egg yolks. Pour this over crust.

Beat 8 egg whites, 3/4 cup sugar; makes a meringue for the top of lemon filling.

Brown lightly under broiler.

Freeze several hours; take out 15 minutes before serving.
