FROZEN LEMON DESSERT | |
1 can evaporated milk 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs Juice of 2 lemons 1 box vanilla wafers Chill 1 can milk. Mix sugar, eggs and 3/4 of lemon juice. Chill. Whip milk and 1/4 of lemon juice. Add to mixture. Crumble half of wafers and line bottom of glass dish. Add mixture. Crumble remaining wafers on top. Put in freezer, 2 to 3 hours. |
