KENTUCKY POUND CAKE 
2-1/2 c. self-rising flour
1-1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 sm. c. crushed pineapple, juice & all
1 c. chopped nuts
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. water
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg

Combine sugar, eggs and oil, then add flour, water, cinnamon, nutmeg and pineapple. Beat well, add nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour in tube cake pan.
