ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Garlic powder to taste
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Pepper to taste

Option: Crab meat can be added as a tasty addition.

Drain and cut artichoke hearts into small pieces. Place in 6x6-inch baking dish. Mix in mayonnaise, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, pepper, (crab meat). Flatten evenly. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
