ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 can artichokes

Drain and cut up artichokes in 1-inch pieces. Mix ingredients and bake in glass 9x12 or 9x9 inch pan at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until brownish and bubbly on top. Serve warm with crackers.
