1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. parmesan cheese
1 - 4 oz. can diced green chilies
1 can artichoke hearts in water

Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Mix all ingredients together. Heat in a shallow pan at 350°F until hot and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
