ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, chopped fine
Dash of salt
Dash of Tabasco
Optional - Sm. amount lemon juice

Drain artichokes, break into small pieces and add Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise. Mix well then add other ingredients and mix lightly.

Place in shallow baking dish. Bake 350 degrees 20 minutes or until brown. Serve with crackers, melba rounds.
