CAULIFLOWER SNACK | |
1 med. head cauliflower 1/3 c. butter 1/3 c. whole wheat bread crumbs 1 tsp. wheat germ 1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash cauliflower and cut into 40 bite size pieces. Melt butter and set aside. In a plastic bag, combine bread crumbs, wheat germ, and Italian seasoning. Dip several pieces of cauliflower at a time in butter, then place in bag and shake to coat evenly. Arrange on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 12 minutes or until cauliflower is tender. (My kids like to make and eat this one.) |
