1 lg. head cauliflower, cut into flowerettes
1 lg. bunch broccoli, cut into flowerettes
1 sm. box frozen peas
1 c. celery, chopped
1 lg. onion, finely chopped

DRESSING:

2 c. Miracle Whip
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Spice Island Beau Monde seasoning
1 tsp. pepper

Combine dressing ingredients and pour over salad ingredients. Stir until all the vegetables are evenly coated. Chill before serving. Serves 10 to 12 people.
