1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow fluff
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. light corn syrup
2 qts. popped corn

In medium saucepan combine all ingredients except corn, cook over low heat until well blended. Pour over corn and mix well, pressing into greased 9"x9"x2" pan. Cut into bars.
