1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cocoa
Milk to stir together
1/8 tsp. baking soda (not too much)
1 tbsp. butter

Boil sugar, cocoa, milk and soda until bubbles hard. Add 1 tablespoon butter. Pour over large bowl of popcorn.
