CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (15 oz.) can cream corn
1 stick butter, melted
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. cooked rice
3 tbsp. chopped onion
3 tbsp. chopped green bell pepper
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Grease a 1 1/2 quart dish with butter. Mix all ingredients together and place in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
