CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (5 oz.) pkg. Saffron yellow rice, cooked to directions
1 can sliced water chestnuts, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 can Mexi-Corn (Green Giant)
1/2 stick butter
2 c. grated cheese

Melt butter. Mix with other ingredients. Pour into large casserole. bake 350-375 degrees 30 minutes. Sprinkle on cheese when done and let sit in warm oven until cheese is melted.
