SOUTHERN POTATO SALAD 
8 med. potatoes
1 pkg. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 med. onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
3 hard cooked eggs

Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, peel and slice; cool slightly. Combine remaining ingredients except eggs. Mix until blended. Layer potatoes and cover with egg slices. Top with sour cream dressing.
