TOLIFI MICROWAVE VEGETABLE CHILI 
1 chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. chopped zucchini
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
2 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 lg. green pepper
1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans
Spice to your taste

Spices - Garlic, oregano, chili powder (lots of this!), thyme, pepper, etc.

Melt butter in microwave and add chopped onion, zucchini and green pepper. Cook for about 4 minutes or until zucchini is soft. (Stir a few times.) Add mushrooms, tomatoes and spices. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add kidney beans to the chili, cover and cook 5-6 more minutes. Serve with noodles and cheese.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
