MICROWAVE VEGETABLE SOUP | |
3 c. cabbage, coarsely cut 1 c. white potatoes, cubed 2 carrots, thinly sliced 1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans, drained 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 onion, diced 1/8 tsp. garlic, minced 1 tbsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 qt. water 1 lb. ham Combine potatoes, cabbage, carrots, onion in 4-quart casserole. Microwave covered (vent) full power 6 to 8 minutes. Cube meat and add plus all remaining ingredients. Cook full power for 15 to 20 minutes, until heated through. Stir after 10 minutes. |
