SUPER-EASY FRUIT COBBLER 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
pinch of salt
2 (No. 2) cans fruit

Use 13 x 9-inch pan. Melt butter in pan; set aside. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, milk and salt. Pour this batter over melted butter. Do not stir. Pour fruit, including juice, over batter. Once again, do not stir. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar.

Bake at 375°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
