HAM CASSEROLE | |
1/4 lb. egg noodles, cooked 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 tbsp. onion 2 tsp. mustard 1 c. sour cream 3/4 lb. cubed ham 1/4 c. chow mein noodles Heat soup thoroughly, add onion, sour cream and mustard. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole. Layer noodles, ham and sauce. Repeat. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. |
