DELMONICO POTATOES 
Red potatoes, 8 or 9
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 c. milk
3-4 dashes nutmeg

Boil potatoes about 20 minutes - cooked but not mushy. When cool, peel and shred into a buttered pan. A cuisinart works great for this step.

Mix the remaining ingredients in a pan and heat until the cheese melts. Pour over grated potatoes. Heat 325 degrees 1 hour, not covered. Serves 8-10 people.
