DEVILED CABBAGE SALAD 
6 hard cooked eggs
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. mayonnaise
2 c. shredded cabbage
4 tbsp. sweet gherkin pickles
1 tbsp. vinegar
Paprika

Mash egg yolks finely. Add sugar, salt, mustard, vinegar, mayonnaise and blend. Mix well with chopped egg white, cabbage and pickles. Chill. Serve on crisp lettuce. Garnish with paprika before serving.
