FRESH PEACH POUND CAKE 
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. self-rising flour
3 c. peaches, peeled and chopped
1 c. chopped nuts mixed with 1 c. coconut

Mix all ingredients in order, as listed. Pour into lightly greased and floured bundt pan and bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes in pan. Place on cooling rack. Cool completely.

Mix frosting ingredients together and spoon on cake.

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 tsp. juice from peach pureed in blender
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
