FRUIT CAKE 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 c. strawberry jam
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. white raisins
1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut
2 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk

Cream butter, sugar and eggs together. Add 1 cup of strawberry jam and all other ingredients to sugar mixture; stir well. Pour into greased tube pan and bake at 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes. When done cut into layers and add filling.

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. milk
1 c. nuts
1 c. white raisins
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
