FRIED RICE 
1 c. rice
1/2 lb. cooked crispy bacon, crumble
1/2 c. green chopped onions
4 eggs, cooked, scrambled
Soya sauce

Cook steamed rice. Set to cool. Cook eggs, scrambled. Fry bacon until very crispy, let cool and crumble. In skillet, pour 2 tablespoons of bacon drippings, add rice and sort of brown the rice, add remaining ingredients, mix. Add soya sauce to taste. Serve hot. Serves 6.
