BANANA WALNUT CAKE 
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. oil
2/3 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
4 mashed bananas
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix all ingredients and beat with electric mixer. Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased pan.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

Quick Fix Frosting:

1 can ready made cream cheese icing
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Whip together. Spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle finely chopped walnuts. Refrigerate. Place at room temperature for 1/2 hour prior to serving.
