EASY BANANA CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. water
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mashed bananas
1 c. chopped walnuts

FROSTING:

6 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar

Bring to a boil: 2 sticks of butter and 1/2 cup water. While hot, pour over: flour, sugar, eggs, baking soda, sour milk, vanilla, mashed bananas and walnuts. Mix well and pour into a greased and floured sheet cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until tester comes out clean.

Frosting: Mix together all frosting ingredients. Pour onto hot cake as soon as removed from oven.

Thanks so much for a wonderful recipe, I had 3 ripe leftover bananas. I bake quite often, I used what I had in the cupboard. Almond milk, brown sugar, cake flour. No nuts or frosting! Delicious! Delicious! Thanks again, will be making this at Thanksgiving!
