STUFFED FRENCH TOAST | |
8 slices bread 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed 1 dozen eggs 2 c. milk 1/3 c. maple syrup Remove crust from bread. Cube. Place 1/2 of bread in grease 9x13 inch pan. Cover with cubed cream cheese; then cover all with remaining bread. Mix eggs, milk and syrup. Pour over bread and cheese; cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Cut in serving pieces. Offer additional syrup if desired. |
