CHOPSTICK CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 env. onion soup mix
1 c. uncooked rice (not instant)
2 soup cans water
Melted butter

Wash, dry and cut up chicken into pieces. Combine in a 9 x 11 inch pan the mushroom soup, onion soup mix, rice and water; mix well. Arrange the chicken over rice mixture. Brush chicken with melted butter. Cover with foil and bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 30 minutes longer or until chicken is tender.
