SOFT TACO CRUST 
2 1/2 to 3 c. water
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 c. corn meal
2 c. flour

Beat egg. Add water then add corn meal and salt finally add flour. On hot griddle. Spread 1/4 cup batter. Spread very thin brown flip over and brown on other side. Add any toppings you desire, roll and eat.
