SOFT TACO SHELLS 
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. cornmeal
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt

Mix until smooth. Pour 1/4 cup in heated 10 inch fry pan as making pancake. Turn when bubbles appear and brown on each side. Serve with favorite taco stuffings.
