HERSHEY COCOA CAKE | |
1 3/4 c. flour 2 c. sugar 3/4 c. Hershey cocoa 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt Combine the above ingredients in large bowl. Add: 1 c. milk 1/2 c. vegetable oil 2 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs Stir (batter will be thick). Add 1 cup boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour into two greased and floured 9 inch or three 8 inch pans or one 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes for layers or 35 to 40 minutes for 9x13 inch pan. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans. Cool completely. Frost with Mikie's Favorite Icing. |
