1 1/2 lb. shaved cooked ham
16 hot dog buns
1 stick butter
1 tsp. dry mustard (may sub. 1 tbsp. prepared mustard)
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
Hot sauce to taste

Place ham in buns. Combine all other ingredients and heat until butter is melted; pour over sandwiches. Wrap individual sandwiches in foil and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Can be made ahead and frozen. Perfect for parties and quick meals. Can also top with cheese.
