HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pkg. of hash browns, thawed
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 sticks butter, melted
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed

Combine hash browns, sour cream, onion, soup and cheese. Spread into greased casserole dish. Combine butter (melted) and crushed crackers. Spread over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. 8 servings.
