VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-All (drain but not completely)
1 can green peas (drain but not completely)
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. green pepper
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Ritz Bitz crackers
1 stick melted butter
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Combine vegetables, soup and mayonnaise in bowl. Mix well. Layer in oblong dish - vegetable mixture, then cheese. On top of last layer, top with Ritz Bitz crackers. Pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
