PINEAPPLE UP-SIDE CAKE 
op side up.

1 Betty Crocker yellow cake mix
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. white sugar

In a 9"x12" loaf pan mix pineapple, oil and sugar and spread evenly in pan. Mix cake by package directions. Pour over pineapple mixture and bake (cake directions times and temperature). Cool cake and frost with white vanilla frosting. Leave and store in pan and store in refrigerator. It will keep several days if no one knows it is there.

FROSTING:

Confectioners ' sugar
Crisco
Hot tap water
Vanilla extract
