SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 can shrimp, or 1 lb. fresh
1 sm. can artichoke hearts
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can green asparagus
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
Sherry, to taste
1/2 c. cheese, grated
Herb seasoning (optional if you use fresh shrimp)

Cook shrimp and peel if fresh. Mix all ingredients except cheese. Fold, do not stir. Place in buttered casserole with grated cheese on top. Bake 30 minutes until bubbly.
