BAKED SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. shrimp
1/2 lb. crabmeat
6 slices bread
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. sherry
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1 tsp. chopped dill

Cube bread and cheese. Arrange in layers in greased 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole with shrimp and crabmeat. Finish with a layer of cheese on top. Pour melted butter over all. Mix mustard, salt, pepper, milk, eggs and sherry. Pour mixture over casserole. Refrigerate 8 hours. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Garnish with dill. Serves 6.
