BAKED SEAFOOD NEWBURG 
2 c. medium thick cream sauce
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. dry sherry
1/4 c. pimento strips
1 (7 oz.) can solid pack tuna
1 (4 1/2 to 6 1/2 oz.) can shrimps
1 (5-6 oz.) can crab meat
2/3 c. coarse dry bread crumbs
3 tbsp. butter

Combine cream sauce, seasonings, lemon juice, and sherry. Mix well. Add pimentos, oil from tuna, tuna broken into chunks, and drained shrimps and crab meat. Mix lightly. Put in a baking dish. Mix bread crumbs and melted butter. Arrange in a border on top of mixture. Bake in a hot oven (425 degrees) for about 20 minutes, until heated through. Yields 6 servings.
