SEAFOOD BAKE 
2 lb. scallops, quartered, if lg.
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and cleaned, cut in half
2 sanddabs, filleted and cubed
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
3 cans cream of shrimp soup
1 1/2 tbsp. grated lemon rind
3 or 4 green onions and tops, sliced
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Mix and put into 5 or 6 shells. Bake 15 minutes. Top with cheese. Bake 2 or 3 minutes more.
