SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1/2 stick butter
1 green pepper
1 lg. onion
1 c. celery diced
1 lb. shrimp
1 lb. crabmeat
1/2 box seashell macaroni, cooked
4 tbsp. cooking sherry
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 can Golden Mushroom soup
2 sm. cans whole mushrooms
Grated Parmesan cheese

Melt butter, saute' onions, green pepper and celery. Cut off heat and put in shrimp and crabmeat; season to taste (salt & pepper, if desired). Add sherry, garlic powder and curry powder, red pepper, mushrooms and mushroom soup. Stir. Butter dish, put in layer of shrimp mix, and one layer of cooked macaroni, top with another layer of shrimp mix and then the cooked macaroni. Sprinkle the last layer with Parmesan cheese. Cook on 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
