CHICKEN FAJITAS | |
2 to 2 1/4 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts, 1/2 inch strips, 3 to 4 inches long MARINADE: 3 tbsp. white wine 6 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. black pepper 1. Marinate for 30 minutes. 2. Preheat oven and cast iron roasting pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Heat tortillas in conventional oven in a stack wrapped in tin foil (about 15 minutes). Take out and serve with tomato slices, sauteed peppers, onions, mushrooms, sliced black olives, Cheddar cheese and chicken, Roll up with filling. |
