PECAN MUFFINS 
1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Dash salt

Combine brown sugar, flour, salt and pecans. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir well. Fill greased muffin pans 1/2 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Remove from pan while warm.
