ORANGE PECAN MUFFINS 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. sugar
4 lg. oranges
Water
2 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 1/2 c. raisin bran cereal
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine flour, salt, baking soda and sugar. Set aside. Remove the peel from 2 oranges. Cut all 4 oranges into sections. Remove seeds (if necessary) and puree in blender. Add enough water with orange puree to equal 2 cups. Stir orange puree mixture, eggs, oil, cereal and pecans together into the dry ingredients previously mixed. Blend only until mixed. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes in muffin pan.
