TEX-MEX DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
2 tbsp. taco dip seasoning
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. onion flakes
3/4 - 1 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
Chopped green pepper & onion
Shredded cheese (your favorite kind)
Shredded lettuce (opt.)
1 bag corn or taco chips

Brown beef; drain. Add sauce, beans and seasonings. Bring to boil and simmer 2 to 3 minutes. Pour into ungreased 9" pie plate. Top with sour cream, pepper, onions, cheese, lettuce. Serve with corn or taco chips.
